Best Coffee on Ice

Recipe

So how does one have the best of both worlds when they love Coffee beverages but still skeptical of the sanitation in these food providers’ establishments in the pandemic era? You learn to prepare what you love! Today, I will guide you to make your first ever most delicious ice-coffee. Let’s go!!

Ingredients (please alternate where necessary and in instances where the taste and flavour are very similar)

  • Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – The Barista Collection (I like Blue Diamond)
  • Peanut Punch
  • Malta
  • Nutmeg
  • Whipping Cream powder or regular whipped cream if you can’t find the powder
  • Small ice cubes

Direction

Add the liquids in your blender first then add the powdered ingredients. Please, add sufficient portions! Use a spoon to gentle mix the powdered ingredients in the liquid content for approximately 30 seconds. Add half of your ice cubes and blend the content for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until you desire to stop.

Pour in the blended mixture over the rest of ice cubes in a glass or one of your favourite coffee cups. If you did not include whipping cream powder in your blend, add a gracious serving of whipped cream on top and serve with a straw.

FYI!

Both the barrister almond milk and the whipping cream powder will give you a nice frothy, smooth foam. I promise you too, this will be at least top two ice coffee for sure and I’m not considering number two as its rank!

Have a good one or two and best wishes to you!
