Fried fish are a tasty, delightful mouthful of tropical goodness that becomes deliciously irresistible with each bite when prepared right. I thought perhaps now would be a good time to introduce you to a 123 ABC recipe for fried fish.
Let’s start!
Ensure that your fish is clean and prepared for the best seasoning and just so you know, all different types of seasonings will not give you the best outcome so follow the guidelines closely or mimic a Caribbean Chef’s recipe. No wrong turns there.
Step 1:

- Wash fish in water, vinegar, and lime (or lemon)
- Season with Maggi’s All-Purpose Seasoning and black pepper. Check Amazon to see if they ship Maggi’s seasoning to your city.
- Allow the seasoning to marinate for 20 minutes before cooking.
Step 2:
- Heat your skillet on the stove and pour some Olive oil in. Allow the pot to be very hot before placing the fish in. Always remember that fish are easy to cook. No more than 3 minutes on each side for best results.
Step 3:
- Serve with some cold orange juice, grapes and watermelons .
P.S. Why not invite some friends over and make it a Saturday afternoon Lyme (a small gathering of friends and or family).
