Preheat oven to about 375 degrees F (190 C)
Instructions for the Lasagna!!
Get a decent lasagna pan or large enough baking pan. Add about a 1/4 of the meat sauce to the bottom of the baking pan then completely cover it with some of the lasagna pasta from the bowl of cold water. Once this is done, spread some of the cheese filling on top of the lasagna pasta then spread another 1/4 of the meat sauce over the cheese mixture. Now add another layer of lasagna pasta on top. Again, spread cheese filling on top then another 1/4 of the meat sauce and then add the last amount of lasagna pasta on top. Shake the pan lightly to settle the layers. Now add the rest of the cheese filling over the lasagna pasta then the remaining meat sauce. Now add diced mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese all over the top.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Ensure that the foil is not touching the lasagna. Bake for 30 minutes before removing aluminum foil. Continue to cook until lasagna is golden brown (about 30 more minutes). Remove baking pan from oven and let it set for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
Whew! Lol. That was super long but please try it! It is really delicious!!!
